The highlights of my work outside of my capstone show.

Pillar Prototype
Oil Clay, Plaster

For the most part, outside of glass, I work with clay and plaster. Oil clay is a great way to make prototypes.
I also got the chance to do a brass casting in one of my classes, whereupon I made a coin of one of Bethany's Librarians who I am friends with.

Duck Duck Goose, without the case
This sculpture and painting project started with making little birds of toothpicks and oil clay in class. It morphed into looking at different reactions to someone who stood out, at the time I was thinking of just different reactions to me, but I eventually broadened it into reactions to Christianity from those of the world. The white goose is the Christian, the ducks are unbelievers. If you notice, only the goose stands on the solid ground. The reactions, starting from the one in the water and working clockwise are: anger, haughtiness, pity, curiosity, ignorance, and mockery.

I later had help putting together a case for it, which I then layered glass onto it to create a new layer, taking this artwork and revealing heaven beyond the oppositional world. More information on that can be found in the Reflections of Life page.
